Re:    An Important Message from the Archbishop

Dear Archbishop Lori:

Reference is made to your correspondence dated May 17, 2017, entitled “An Important Message from the Archbishop,” as well as prior correspondence and circumstances involving Sister Catherine Cesnik, my biological sister.

I was disappointed by many of the statements you made in your correspondence.  Among the most troubling statements was the following:  “The Archdiocese first became aware of an allegation of abuse by Maskell, in 1992, more than 20 years after the abuse occurred.”  This statement was false, and known by the Archdiocese to be false, as Maskell was reassigned by the Archdiocese to Archbishop Keough High School in 1967 after allegations of child abuse were made by the mother of an altar boy at St. Clement Parish.

Also among the most troubling statements was the following:  “Maskell” was returned to ministry in 1993 after the Archdiocese was unable to corroborate the allegation of sexual abuse after its own investigation and conversations with attorneys representing the individual came forward.”  This statement was false, and known by the Archdiocese to be false, as the corroboration allegedly sought by the Archdiocese was within the possession, custody, and control of the Archdiocese at least since 1967.  In addition, more corroboration than the Archdiocese could have asked for or needed was right under the Archdiocese’s nose, in the form of Maskell’s harem, maintained at Archbishop Keough High School, without interference from, and without oversight of, the Archdiocese, since 1967.

Unfortunately, your correspondence represents a transparent attempt by the Archdiocese to “get in front of” the Netflix documentary series entitled “The Keepers,” which premiered on May 19, 2017.  Anyone who took the time to watch “The Keepers,” or who otherwise informed themselves as to the circumstances at Archbishop Keough High School, would easily be able to reach the conclusion that the Archdiocese was engaged in an anticipatory, disingenuous, public relations ploy.

Your correspondence was far too little, far too late.  The Archdiocese has no moral authority over the circumstances at Archbishop Keough High School involving Maskell’s  harem, or Sister Cathy.  The Archdiocese abdicated its moral authority when it reassigned Maskell to Archbishop Keough High School in 1967, and left him there, to run amok, unsupervised, to commit unspeakable, predatory, atrocities against the young girls left in his charge to guide and protect, until 1975.  Counselor, indeed.  Maskell’s counseling program was tantamount to an Archdiocese sponsored prostitution ring.

The Archdiocese was responsible for reassigning Maskell to Archbishop Keough High School in 1967, and the Archdiocese is responsible for the “cascade of horribles” that followed, including the “cascade of horribles” that happened to Maskell’s  harem, each and every one of them, as well as Sister Cathy, when she learned the unfortunate truth about the harem.  The fact that the Archdiocese was able to successfully hide behind its statute of limitations defense, and avoid civil liability, does nothing to diminish the Archdiocese’s moral liability.

I will not sit idly by while the Archdiocese belatedly attempts to use Sister Cathy, my biological sister who was beautiful in mind, body, and spirit to everyone who knew her, in its efforts to justify its inaction to prevent the “cascade of horribles,” and even its concealment and whitewashing of the “cascade of horribles.”  Please refrain from even mentioning Sister Cathy in any further correspondence promulgated by the Archdiocese, as it is offensive to her memory.

There is only one possible way for the Archdiocese to reclaim its moral authority over the circumstances at Archbishop Keough High School involving Maskell’s harem, or Sister Cathy.  Permit an unfettered audit of the Archdiocese’s complete investigative files, and the Archdiocese’s complete personnel files, for Maskell, including all assignments and evaluations, as well as any other complete relevant files, such that the audit may follow where the evidence truthfully leads.  Emphasis on “complete,” and on “where the evidence truthfully leads.”  This audit would be conducted by independent investigators, not associated with the Archdiocese or the City of Baltimore Police Department, but their findings would be made available to the Archdiocese and the City of Baltimore Police Department, upon the conclusion of the audit. So much sorrow has transpired and damage to beautiful children. I cannot sit idly by.  For whatever reason this has landed on your watch. I beseech you to find the courage to do the right thing. Do not take the easy path here and hide behind a false cover of religion.

This is your moment in time. Find the courage to not stand beside Maskell and continue to protect him but to reveal the truth. I believe you are a courageous man of God and will find the courage to permit the unfettered audit.

                            Sincerely,

                            MARILYN CESNIK RADAKOVIC

Pray Dreaming

One of the hardest aspects of developing a deeper prayer life is controlling the tendency of one’s wandering thoughts.  It is very similar to day dreaming.  Your mind begins to think about other things, as you are trying to grow deeper in prayer.  It can be a serious distraction in concentration, and meditation.

So, I attended Mass last Honesty Sunday.  Father Vinnie Boom-batz finished the readings, and began to address the congregation in his homily.

“We, the Church, have failed you from the pulpit!  Rather than giving you pop-culture antidotes on the latest crises du jour, we should have been giving you truth, and sticking to the scriptures.  We should have warned you not to trust the government, but instead we form our weekly messages around their agenda.
  • The Pentagon spends billions of dollars to create propaganda films to sell an agenda, and we priests have been wrong for giving these messages credibility by including them in our homilies.  Our government cannot be trusted.
  • There were no weapons of Mass Destruction, yet we invaded Iraq, resulting in anarchy, the deaths of hundreds of thousands, and the destruction of a culture.  We have yet to give a homily discussing the evil that sprouts when we blindly believe and act on lies that our government spreads.
  • 9-11 was unbelievable, especially in light of the glaring inconsistencies such as Building 7, but the Church has been silent.  God gave us common sense and a mission to speak the Truth, who is not  just a something, but a someone, “Christ”  We have failed.
  • We should have been warning families not to encourage their sons and daughters to put their lives at risk for our corporate empire?”  Instead we sing patriotic songs in church, and clap for veterans, on the 4th of July and Memorial Day.”

“We should also have warned you to not trust us, the Church either, especially when we speak from a defensive position.  When our Church needs to consult attorneys rather than the Word of God, before making statements, be on guard.  When I, or any other priest, give a homily based on this week’s headline news, ignore the message.”

“Our news media, our government, and our Church, cannot be trusted.  To preach on events or statements promoted by these, only scandalizes the Word.  Trust only in Jesus Christ.”

Then, I woke up.

Dr. McHugh:

Good mourning!  It’s only four o’clock, and I can’t get back to sleep.  Ever since my wife and I watched the documentary, “The Keepers”, I have been waking-up before dawn.

We were grateful to see that the producers included your input into this tragedy.  I am one of Jane Doe’s brothers, and have been painfully aware of your effect on her ability to have her day in court, for about twenty-five years.

Your apparent association with the Archdiocese of Baltimore, is but one of many disturbing facts in this case.  If retained memories are not possible, how do you explain all of these victims, and the crime detail, that has surfaced?  I encourage you to check-out “The Keepers”.  You might put it on your professional to-do list, because Dr. Sipes seemed to have a pretty good handle on the subject.  The one consistent trait that seems to emerge in those people who either covered-up these crimes, or otherwise allowed this injustice to go on, is arrogance.

Quite frankly, I am surprised  that John’s Hopkins is maintaining your position as Professor of Psychiatry.  I am awake, but it could be worse.  If I had provided such a pivotal opinion on stifling these victims, I personally would have a difficult time even getting to sleep in the first place.

Awake,

Want a Boat?

Bishop Malooly:

My wife and I viewed the documentary, "The Keepers" this weekend.  We were probably more familiar with its production than most people in Maryland because I am one of Jane Doe, Jean Hargadon Wehner's brothers.  Over the years I have attempted to make direct and indirect contact with the Archdiocese of Baltimore, concerning my sister and my parents treatment by the Church.  My first attempt was during the early nineties in which I begged Cardinal Keeler to call my mother, who rightfully felt abandoned.  Her life was anchored in the Church.  It ended when her pastor, Father Paschal Morlino OSB was told by the chancellery, "to stay out of it", when he attempted to get answers for her.  She was devastated and never attended Mass there again.  I never got a response to my letter, and the Cardinal did not call her.

The second attempt was through Father Edward J. Bayer while Pastor of Holy Family Church.  In his letter of July 1998 to Keeler, he summarizes the destruction of the faith in my family, as a result of the treatment, and lack of personal attempts by the church to find closure.  In his letter, Father Bayer stated, "Maskell may be out of sight and sound in Ireland, but this family is not."  He tried to warn the Cardinal.  The Church should have learned.

Now we find in the 7th episode of "The Keepers", that Maskell had been moved to Keough because of charges of sexual molestation at St. Clements.  As if this is not bad enough, the director of the film produces Archdiocesan answers to his questions, which directly contradict Dr. Charles Franz's childhood abuse report.  Someone is lying.  Additionally, Franz places you and two canon lawyers in his dentist office.  He states that you offered him a boat.  Wow!  I and Father Bayer should have wrote you.  Maybe we both could have had boats?  The Church's lack of compassion, and non-existent love for the Truth, who is Jesus Christ, is making it harder and harder to be Catholic.

I am glad that my wife and I changed rites, years back.  When we do attend the Latin rite, we travel to another diocese to avoid contributing to your former boat fund.  I pray that Archbishop Lori’s diocese comes clean, before it loses all its members, along with its credibility.  You though, if what Dr. Franz states is true, should seriously consider packing your bags, because you are unfit to shepherd the Church of Christ.

Sincerely,

Michael T. Hargadon DDS

Your Eminence:

Now we find in the 7th episode of "The Keepers", that Maskell had been moved to Keough because of charges of sexual molestation at St. Clements.  As if this is not bad enough, the director of the film produces Archdiocesan answers to his questions, which directly contradict Dr. Charles Frantz's childhood abuse report.  Someone is lying. Additionally, Frantz describes how Bishop Malooly came to his dentist office, and offered him a boat.  Really?  The Church's lack of compassion, and non-existent love for the Truth, who is Jesus Christ, is making it harder and harder to be Catholic.

We changed rites years back, and when we attend the Latin rite, we travel to another diocese to avoid contributing to this mess.  I pray that you come clean before you lose all your members, along with your credibility.

False Flag 101

My first experience with a false flag was at the age of 15.  I didn’t know what it was called, or how it was defined:  (“The contemporary term false flag describes covert operations that are designed to deceive in such a way that activities appear as though they are being carried out by entities, groups, or nations other than those who actually planned and executed them.” Wikipedia)    We just wanted some cheap beer, and figured, as long as we didn’t get caught, what did we have to loose?
I was in high school.  These were the years when drinking a few beers seemed to make most things more fun and interesting.  The problem of course, was we were not old enough to get served, and we did not have much money.  So, I came up with the idea to take the spoils from an older group of teenagers, who hung in the same neighborhood, but didn’t hang out with us.
My dad was a retired police officer, and he had a few old police hats up in his closet.  Two friends and I, got some flashlights, the police hats, and met at the edge of the woods where the older group always drank their beer.  On our signal, we ran along the path toward their party, making some noise, with flashlights moving around, and occasionally shining on the police hats.  As we approached the clearing of party central, we heard  the party refugees busting through the overgrowth, making their own paths away from what they thought was a police raid.  They ran off without their beer, and it was cold.
We swore secrecy to each other as we attempted to drown the anxiety with their beer.   What might happen if the older teenagers figured it out?  The reality of our deception struggled with my conscience, to the point that I did not enjoy the spoils as much as I had thought.  That was my last false flag at a personal level.
Little did I know then, that my government, and its friends, would base their foreign policy on false flags.  A few that stand out in my opinionated mind are:
  • The attack on the U.S. Liberty, by our good friend, Israel, killing thirty-some sailors, in an attempt to bring us into the Middle East 6 Day War in 1967,
  • The Golf of Tonkin which escalated our involvement in the VietNam War.
  • The Attack on 9-11 which ignited our never ending presence in the Middle East conflict supposedly carried out by Muslims with box cutters.  But no one can explain how the third tower at the World Trade Center, Building 7, was wired with explosives.
  • The Weapons of Mass Destruction, which were used to terrorize our populace into an unconstitutional, and unjust war in Iraq, and they never existed.
  • The 2013 report the Assad gassed his own people, only to find that the gas was administered by “rebels”, who reportedly have received assistance from our government.
and many more.  It is how our government and its friends conduct foreign policy.
But now we are again told that Assad gassed his own people.  No evidence.  Just believe those who have lied in the past, and rally around our President who has surrounded himself with Zionist war mongers.
Our foreign policy is based on a lie.  It is evil.  This will not end well unless we return to the Truth.  They control everything, but prayer.  My prayer has recently taken its lead from Jeremiah “my persecutors will stumble, they will not triumph, In their failure they will be put to everlasting shame, to lasting unforgettable confusion.”  Jer 20: 11-12

Pray that the Lord will destroy our enemies: enemies to the truth, enemies who spread lies and disinformation, enemies to our constitutional and international law, enemies to those who disregard sovereignty, enemies to peace.  Amen!
